Every blade we sell is hand-forged, hand-shaped, and hand-finished by skilled craftsmen who specialize in traditional and modern forging techniques.

Step 1: Steel Selection

We use high-end steels such as:

• Damascus steel

• High-carbon steel

• Stainless steel blends

Only premium billets are used for our products.

Step 2: Heating & Forging

The steel is heated in a forge until glowing hot, then shaped by hammer and anvil into its final form.

Each strike is intentional — this is where strength, flexibility, and edge integrity are born.

Step 3: Grinding & Shaping

The blade is refined on grinding wheels to perfect its geometry, weight balance, and sharpness.

Step 4: Polishing & Etching

Damascus patterns are revealed through acid etching, bringing the wave-like patterns to life.

Handles are shaped from:

• Exotic woods

• Resin hybrids

• Horn or bone (depending on the product)

Step 5: Quality Inspection

Every knife and axe is tested for:

• Edge sharpness

• Weight balance

• Handle comfort

• Finish quality

• Durability
