Because every item we sell is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Eligible Returns (within 48 hours of delivery)

We accept returns ONLY for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Defective craftsmanship

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Major structural issues

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size/style ordered

  • Normal wear

  • Improper use or storage

  • Minor variations (handcrafted items may vary slightly)

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@lindascornerstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Since all items are handcrafted, production takes:

  • 3–7 business days for knives, axes, and cutlery

  • 7–10 business days for full sets or complex pieces

📦 Shipping Time

USA: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Times vary by location, customs processing, and carrier speed.

💰 Customs/Duties/Import Fees

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their country.

📮 Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered.”
However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
