We do not mass manufacture any products.
Each item is unique, exclusive, and crafted with premium steel.


3. Do you keep items in stock?

No. All items are made after the order is placed.
This ensures the highest level of quality and craftsmanship for each piece.


4. What materials are your blades made from?

We use Damascus steel, high-carbon steel, stainless steel, and other premium alloys depending on the product.
Every material is chosen for:

5. How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is typically:

  • 3–7 business days for crafting, sharpening, polishing, and inspection

  • Some complex sets may require additional time

Because we handcraft every item, processing cannot be rushed.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of each item.


7. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! You can request custom:

  • handle materials

  • engravings

  • sets
    Send us your idea and we can discuss pricing and production time.

8. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.


9. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary by location.


10. Who pays customs, duties, or import taxes?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
We do not collect or control these fees.


11. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

16. How do I care for my knife/axe?

  • Hand wash only — never put blades in the dishwasher

  • Dry immediately after cleaning

  • Oil the blade regularly to prevent rust

  • Store in a dry place

  • Sharpen as needed to maintain performance


17. Will my blade rust?

High-carbon and Damascus blades can develop surface rust if not dried and oiled properly.
This is normal and easily prevented with routine care.
